I just placed a reservation to pick up my family on an upcoming trip in July. Pick up at Tyson Airport and being brought to the Westgate Resorts in Gatlinburg. Ryan was awesome to work with, took time to take all appropriate details. Very friendly and professional operation.

I used this transportation company to take me to the airport. Much better than Uber which canceled on me after I waited 45 mins. Smoky Bear Shuttle came through for me in a pinch and got me to the airport on time . I will use them exclusivly when Im in the area. Dependable, professional and provides a fantastic service to the area.

Ruth picked us up at 4:30 AM for our flight. Not only was she great with communication but she arrived 2 minutes early, which was a relief when you’re trying to get the airport on time. Bill was fantastic, I used him after he was recommended by the hotel I was staying at . My airplane was delayed but he communicated that be was waiting at airport when I arrived he was professional, courteous and friendly .
