Why private car service is essential in the Great Smoky Mountains.
Relying on standard on-demand rideshare apps in Sevier County often results in lengthy waits, sudden driver cancellations, or complete lack of cell service on winding mountain roads. Smoky Bear Shuttle delivers pre-arranged, punctually dispatched Lincoln Town Car and private sedan service to guarantee peace of mind.

Everything you need to know about our private car service.
What makes your car service different from Uber or Lyft in the Smokies?
Unlike rideshare apps that rely on scarce gig drivers who often cancel or refuse mountain roads, Smoky Bear Shuttle provides guaranteed advance reservations, professional local chauffeurs, spotless executive Lincoln Town Cars, and all-inclusive flat pricing with zero surge multipliers—even during peak autumn foliage, holidays, and severe weather.
Which airports and private aviation FBOs do you service?
We provide non-stop private car service to and from McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) in Alcoa/Knoxville, Nashville International Airport (BNA), Tri-Cities Airport (TRI), and private aviation terminals including TAC Air / Signature Aviation and regional municipal airfields.
How many passengers and pieces of luggage fit in an executive Lincoln Town Car?
Our Lincoln Town Cars comfortably seat up to 3 adult passengers with ample rear legroom. The spacious trunk easily holds 3 to 4 standard airline roller suitcases plus personal bags and laptop cases. For larger parties or oversized luggage, we also offer luxury executive vans.
Can your car service take us directly to our mountain cabin or chalet?
Yes. Our drivers live and work in East Tennessee and are thoroughly trained on winding mountain grades, gravel ridge roads, and secluded cabin developments throughout Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Wears Valley, and Townsend.
Do you offer hourly chauffeur standby service for dinners or meetings?
Yes. We offer flexible hourly and as-directed charter services. Your chauffeur remains on dedicated standby outside your restaurant, executive conference, or shopping district, ready for prompt departure whenever your schedule concludes.
How does flight delay tracking work for airport pickups?
When you book an airport pickup at TYS or BNA, you provide your flight airline and flight number. Our dispatch team monitors live FAA radar data. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, your pickup time is automatically synchronized at no additional charge.
What is your cancellation and booking modification policy?
We understand travel plans can shift. We offer flexible cancellation and rescheduling options when notified in advance. Specific terms are clearly outlined in your written booking confirmation.
