Cancellation Policy

• We reserve the right to charge a 50% penalty for cancellation. • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled service will result in forfeiture of the deposit or fare paid. • If we have already commenced the trip to pick you up and you cancel, you will forfeit the deposit or entire fare. Refunds will not be provided in such cases • No-shows will be charged the full fare. • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the cancellation policy. • We reserve the right to cancel services at our discretion. In the event of a cancellation initiated by us, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method provided at the time of booking. • All refunds will be processed either to the original payment method or mailed as a check. For check payments, clients acknowledge that we are not responsible for any issues related to the US Postal Service. Clients must provide a correct mailing address, and any discrepancies or issues with mail delivery are beyond our control. If you change destinations, we reserve the right to charge a change fee. We reserve the right to cancel and refund you if the cabin is too far out. If you book online for the wrong fare type, in which your intended location is farther out, we reserve the right to collect the additional difference. • By boarding our shuttle, you hereby consent to the recording of your image and/or voice for future marketing promotions. These recordings may be used in various media, including but not limited to our online social media platforms and marketing materials. • We explicitly state that we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, and clients should consider this when planning their journeys, especially when time-sensitive, such as catching a flight. • We are not affiliated with Uber or Lyft. As a private company, we operate independently and are governed by our own policies. Clients are kindly reminded that our services and policies may differ from those of other ride-sharing platforms. We encourage clients to familiarize themselves with our specific terms and conditions outlined in this policy document. By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree to adhere to these policies. We reserve the right to update and change these policies as necessary with out notice and at our discretion.
