We reserve the right to charge a 50% penalty for cancellation. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled service will result in forfeiture of the deposit or fare paid. If we have already commenced the trip to pick you up and you cancel, you will forfeit the deposit or entire fare. Refunds will not be provided in such cases No-shows will be charged the full fare.
