What packages does Smoky Bear Shuttle offer for weddings?
We offer three signature wedding packages for celebrations booked 60+ days in advance: Package 1 ("Get Me to the Church on Time!" for up to 20 guests at $1,295), Package 2 ("White Lace & Promises" for up to 50 guests with 2 drivers, getaway car, on-site standby and catering support at $2,950), and Package 3 ("Just Say 'Yes!'" for 75–100 guests with 3–4 drivers, up to 15 locations, getaway car, catering support and unlimited consultation at $4,750).
Can guests bring drinks on board the wedding shuttle?
Yes! We offer a BYOC (Bring Your Own Cooler) option on eligible party shuttles. Guests of legal drinking age may bring canned beer, wine or champagne to enjoy responsibly while traveling between the hotel, ceremony and reception.
Can your shuttles pick up guests from private mountain cabins?
In most cases, yes. We frequently serve cabins throughout Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville and Wears Valley. However, if a private cabin road or driveway is too steep, unpaved or narrow for larger passenger vehicles, we will coordinate pickup at the nearest safe road access point or recommend central hotel block staging.
How do the flexible monthly payment plans work?
For weddings booked more than 60 days in advance, you can secure your reservation with a low deposit ($195 for Package 1, $395 for Package 2, or $750 for Package 3). The remaining balance can be divided into equal monthly installments on an agreed schedule prior to your wedding date.
What is included in the bride and groom getaway car service?
Included with Packages 2 and 3, our getaway car provides a private, luxury send-off in an executive Lincoln Town Car or sedan, complete with chilled beverages so the newlyweds can relax after the reception and travel privately to their honeymoon cabin or resort.
Do you provide airport transportation for out-of-town wedding guests?
Yes. We offer coordinated airport transfers from McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) in Knoxville/Alcoa and Nashville International Airport (BNA), tracking flight manifests to shuttle arriving family members and wedding parties directly to their accommodations.
What are your gratuity guidelines for wedding drivers?
For Package 1, a 15–20% gratuity is recommended. For Package 2, a minimum $100 cash gratuity per driver is requested. For Package 3, a minimum $175 cash gratuity per driver is requested, payable directly to your dedicated drivers on the wedding day.
How far in advance should we reserve our wedding transportation?
We strongly recommend booking 6 to 12 months ahead—especially for peak spring and autumn wedding dates in the Smoky Mountains, when regional fleet demand is at its highest.
