For *Bach in the Burg* (Gatlinburg), out-the-door pricing is $599 (Lincoln Town Car under 4), $699 (Limo up to 6), $1,100 (14-passenger van), and $1,499 (14-passenger party bus). For *Knox Rocks Bach* (Knoxville), rates are $699 (Town Car), $799 (Limo), $1,199 (14-passenger van), and $1,599 (Party Bus). You can secure your reservation with a $125 deposit.
Can you pick our bachelor crew up directly at our mountain cabin?
Yes. We regularly pick up at cabins, chalets, and lodges across Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Wears Valley. If your cabin driveway is exceptionally steep, narrow, or unpaved, we will inspect the route in advance and arrange pickup at the nearest safe paved location.
What is the latest time our group can stay out?
Trips can be scheduled for up to 12 hours from your pickup time or until 1:30 AM last call (such as Shamrock's Irish Pub in Gatlinburg or Old City nightlife in Knoxville). The latest pickup time to receive the full 12 hours is 1:30 PM, though groups frequently start earlier in the day for brewery lunches or golf.
Can we add distillery tastings, golf or outdoor activities to our schedule?
Absolutely. You can tailor your stops during your booking window. Popular options include afternoon tastings at Ole Smoky or Sugarlands, golf at Sevierville Golf Club, rafting on the Pigeon River, or a steakhouse dinner before heading out to the bars.
Do you provide airport pickups for out-of-town groomsmen?
Yes. We offer prearranged private airport transfers from McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) in Knoxville and Nashville International Airport (BNA). We can pick up your arriving guys, stop for cabin groceries and beverages, and take you straight to your lodge.
